Employer that tackled non-core task fined after serious fall

A South Australian winery has blemished its 100-year safety record and been fined $90,000 after tackling a "non-core" task for which it had no expertise and no effective systems. Also in this article, a rural employer with "no understanding" of its OHS obligations has been fined after a worker was hospitalised - twice.
