SRC Bill broadens options for multi-state employers and scraps off-site recess coverage

A Bill introduced to Parliament this morning will make it easier for non-Commonwealth employers to join the Comcare scheme, and remove compensation for off-site recess injuries and deaths or serious injuries arising from wilful misconduct.
