Indemnity claim quashed in trip-hazard dispute

An employer has failed in its renewed bid to recover $53,000 in workers' comp payments, after the Western Australian Court of Appeal rejected its claim that a building owner was negligent in failing to touch up the yellow paint on a trip hazard.
