Regulator cracks down on unsafe work vehicles

In an Australian first, WorkSafe Victoria has declared rollover or crush-protection devices as "appropriate means" for reducing the risk of death from quad bike rollovers, meaning employers are more likely to be prosecuted for OHS breaches if an unprotected quad bike crashes.
