"Forgotten" injured worker's unfair dismissal claim rejected

A NSW worker who was "forgotten" by his employer for 29 months has had his unfair dismissal claim rejected, after Fair Work Australia found he couldn't meet the inherent requirements of his job because of a neck injury.
