Major fatality report released; Low fatality fine appealed

Safe Work Australia's latest major fatalities report shows that one state's work-related fatality rate more than doubled in 2016, while another's halved after a horror year in 2015. Meanwhile, a regulator has commenced its appeal against a low fatality-related fine.
