Worker fails in claims against "bullies" and the FWC

In a case examining how far the Fair Work Commission is required to go to protect the mental state of applicants in its anti-bullying jurisdiction, a full bench has dismissed a worker's appeal against a 2017 finding that she hadn't been bullied by two managers.
