FWC rules on transfer and privilege in bullying cases

A commission has agreed that it does not have jurisdiction to make stop-bullying orders in a case where an employer moved the complainant away from his alleged bullies. It has also found an employer's bullying investigation report isn't protected by legal professional privilege.
