Employer wrongly deducted pay after SafeWork visit

An employer was not entitled to deduct pay and issue warnings to workers who refused to work after a regulatory safety inspection identified a string of issues, and should partly reimburse the wages of those it stood down after receiving work-stopping prohibition notices, a commission has found.
