Andrews Bill won't affect unions' right of entry under OHS laws

Federal Workplace Relations Minister Kevin Andrews has today introduced a Bill to exclude the operation of State right of entry laws where Federal laws apply, but it doesn't affect unions' entry on OHS grounds.
