Lawyers fail in High Court challenge against NSW advertising restrictions

The High Court has found in favour of NSW regulations that bar lawyers advertising their workers' compensation services. A bench majority found the regulations are constitutionally valid, dismissing a challenge by lawyers who sought to have them overturned.
