Victorian Government to consider banning "hold harmless" clauses

The Victorian Government says it will consider prohibiting "hold harmless" clauses in an attempt to improve safety in the State's labour hire industry, but has rejected a recommendation to limit labour hire agencies' OHS responsibilities to what they can "control".
