National asbestos agency announced as manufacturing blitz launched

Federal Workplace Relations Minister Bill Shorten has lamented 50 years of Government inaction on asbestos, in announcing the establishment of the Office of Asbestos Safety. Also in this article, the AMWU has launched a month-long safety blitz of NSW manufacturers.
