Victoria's reliance on injury stats threatens WHS-related profits: lawyer

A recent national injury report provides "compelling evidence" that a mirror WHS Act will take Victoria "backwards" on safety, according to the State Government. But a prominent workplace relations lawyer says the Government's position is cynical, and will prove costly for employers.
