Worker injured in motel rendezvous wins full Federal Court case

A Commonwealth employee, who was injured while having intercourse in her motel room on a work trip, wasn't guilty of "gross misconduct", and was therefore entitled to workers' compensation, a full Federal Court has ruled in dismissing a Comcare appeal.
