CEO with hepatitis C discriminated against, but claim dismissed

The former CEO of a Western Australian council - whose hepatitis C condition was revealed to co-workers, the media and government agencies - has had his discrimination claim dismissed, even though the Federal Magistrates Court found he was discriminated against.
