Union demands compulsory inductions in light of NBN asbestos scandal

The ETU has highlighted the vital role that inductions play in reducing the risks associated with confined spaces and asbestos, in rejecting NBN Co's inference that all of the thousands of contractors involved in the National Broadband Network rollout have been trained to safely handle asbestos.
