Worker who says she was bullied - and poisoned - loses dismissal case

A worker who claimed her managers bullied her - and that someone at work tried to poison her - has had her unfair dismissal claim rejected, after the NSW IRC found her employer went beyond its duty to help her access psychiatric help.
