Attorney-General loses WHS summons appeal

Questions have been raised over the reach and value of NSW's Work Health and Safety Amendment Bill 2013, which passed through Parliament last week, after the Attorney-General yesterday lost his appeal against the quashing of an employer's OHS charge.
