Govt advised to 'relocate' or outsource SWA and Comcare

Safe Work Australia and Comcare could be "relocated" to the Department of Employment, and Comcare's claims management function could be outsourced, in the Federal budget on 13 May, under recommendations made by the National Commission of Audit.
