Defeat of ABCC Bill good news for worker safety: union

The Senate's rejection of the ABCC-restoration Bill yesterday will allow workers to continue speaking out on health and safety issues, according to a union. But employer groups are calling on the Government to reintroduce the Bill to eliminate "thuggery" in the construction sector as soon as possible.
