Injury-connection ruling "infected" by error

A worker who hurt her back at the Prime Minister's Lodge in Canberra five years ago continues to suffer from the injury, but an AAT finding that her pain contributed significantly to her psychological disorder was "infected by legal error", the Federal Court has ruled.
