"Despicable" report links brief safety order to suicides

An Ombudsman's report on the "devastating" impact of the Safe Rates payment order, which was scrapped after just 13 days of operation but allegedly caused suicides, is filled with anecdotal evidence from a "small number" of truck drivers, and includes no empirical data.
