Costs order against injured worker "carefully and responsibly" assessed: Federal Court

A federal court judge has made a lump sum costs order for $17,500 in favour of Comcare, after finding Sparke Helmore had "carefully and responsibly" assessed its costs in a long-running case with a self-represented applicant.
