Psych injury deemed "new" after traumatic event

Being involved in a road accident during a pursuit exacerbated a worker's post-traumatic stress disorder and anxiety, meaning his condition must be treated as a new injury, extending his access to benefits, a commission has ruled after applying a High Court test.
