OHS jurisdiction switch designed to weaken laws: Boland

The Bill that will see the NSW Industrial Relations Commission lose jurisdiction over OHS prosecutions was influenced, in part, by a push to weaken workplace health and safety laws, Commission President Justice Roger Boland claims.
