High-risk oversight causes crane calamity, employers fined $220K

Two NSW employers have been fined a total of $220,000, after a crane lifting a concrete panel tipped over, striking high-pressured gas bottles, penetrating the roof of an occupied bus, and narrowly missing a worker.
