Mid-year review caused compensable psych injury

A legal advisor has won compensation for a psych injury after the AAT found a negative "mid-year review" did not fall within the meaning of "administrative action". Also in this article, a worker has been denied compensation for a psych injury after a performance meeting was found to be reasonable.
