Worker helps man with mortal injuries, but denied compensation for PTSD

A worker who developed PTSD after stopping to help a car crash victim, and staying with the man until he died from his injuries, has been denied workers' compensation, after a judge found her employer didn't engage or encourage her to assist accident victims.
