A man who fractured his neck and spine while performing a job for a friend's company wasn't a "worker" at the time of the incident and isn't entitled to workers' compensation, the Tasmanian WRCT has found.

Medical benefits restored to amputee workers, others

FWC rejects anti-bullying bid and upwards-bullying counterclaim

The Fair Work Commission has rejected an ill worker's bid for stop-bullying orders, but warned that her employer and general manager's "vigorous" response to her application - including their unfounded claim that she was an "extremely difficult employee" - could jeopardise her return-to-work prospects.
